FIFTH & PACIFIC COMPANIES, INC
Website : http://www.fifthandpacific.com
Fifth & Pacific Companies is home to some of America's finest brands. It was born in May 2012, growing out of what used to be a part of Liz Claiborne Inc. The name Fifth & Pacific Companies communicates the Company's strategic focus on growing its global lifestyle brands – Juicy Couture, kate spade, Lucky Brand Jeans and Jack Spade. The new name also marks its transition to a direct-to-consumer retailer, after decades primarily serving department stores, and reflects the sale of the Liz Claiborne namesake brand to J.C. Penney in October 2011. Taking inspiration from New York and California, "Fifth & Pacific Companies" telegraphs both the Company's reach and its potential.
