Novitex Enterprise Solutions is seeking an individual to fill a Warehouse and Purchasing Manager position in Austin, TX. The schedule for this position will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, working Monday – Friday.
In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go-getter with a positive attitude who is excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry.

So what will you actually be doing?
The purpose of this position is to act as the key point of contact for Warehouse and Purchasing related matters at Offsite Services Mega Center facilities. Additionally, this position will lead production activities in support of functional departments assigned to Offsite Services facilities.
A Warehouse and Purchasing Manager’s daily tasks will involve:
Management of the workforce necessary support Purchasing and Warehouse operations in support of all functional departments, including but not limited to inventory control, shipping/receiving, materials management, and procurement for the facility goods.
Support the Quality Management System, assisting in the development of procedures, work instructions and quality system documents, and actively participating in the improvement system process.
Continuous review or and improvement to processes and services in support of the Company and its Warehouse/Materials Management/Procurement strategies.
Consistent collaboration with Leaders of functional units to ensure Warehouse/Facility Management/Procurement needs are met
Coordination of internal and vendor resources to meet Customer SLA and Operational needs of the facilities
Meeting service levels and quality standards at the lowest possible cost is critical
Continuous review of and improvement to processes and services in support of operations and materials management.
Consistent collaboration with leaders of functional units to ensure Warehouse and Procurement requirements are met.
Perform PO monitoring and budgetary controls related to service area cost structure
Coach and Counsel staff by creating a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support at all levels; provide honest and timely feedback to employees and address performance issues with directness and sensitivity

Project management background desirable.
Minimum 5 years’ experience overseeing Warehouse and Materials Management
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Procurement activities
Comfortable and knowledgeable of various technologies and document content management systems as well as document workflow management tools
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Undergraduate degree or relevant experience required
Relevant certificates a plus
