Job Overview: Assistant of Leased Business provides operational, reporting, and marketing support to the Leased Business Managers and acts as a point of contact for our Leased partners and internal stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: • Advertising management and execution - system entry (MAS), proofing/sign off coordination (with vendors), ad performance recaps, coop collection and processing, visual chargebacks/allowances Take the lead in preparing and coordinating communication on execution needs: Zone o grams, District newsletters, Visual turn-ins. • Create and generate weekly reporting duties and be able to create ad hoc reporting. • Work closely with cross functional teams to draw insights from data and analysis. • Create compelling presentations and visualizations to enhance decision making capabilities. • Prepare, coordinate and vet product style outs, presentations, forms, sample procurement: • Strategy presentations. • Visual turn-in. • Post Market Style outs. • Customer Favorites, Star Gifts, WOW. • Support assortment optimization. • Develop vendor relationships. • Prepares analysis to determine major brand and classification strategies. • Devise and recommend assortment strategies at department/class/vendor level. • Attend local store visits and competitive shopping and become competent in understanding. • Develop self-attend ongoing professional development and training. Stay current on management best practices. • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree. • 1 years merchandising, or other similar experience. Communication Skills: • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to communicate & influence effectively with officers and management of collaboration and lease partner companies. Mathematical Skills: • Proficient in retail math concepts. Reasoning Ability: • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative. • Relishes in a fast paced environment and is effective under pressure. Other Skills: • Advanced MS application proficiency, especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint. • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. • Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups, delivering results with a very diverse group of contributors. • Enjoys analysis.
