Principle Accountabilities: \uf0a7 Prime interface to Customer in regards to Supplychain activities for NPI\/TPI\/EOL\/ECO.\uf0a7 Responsible for efficient communication flow about progress of every NPI\/TPI\/EOL\/ECO related project within SC, CFT and with Customer (including Customer\/Supplier visits\/meetings and calls)\uf0a7 New Supplychain related processes implementation (exceptions, new requirements, special agreements with Customer etc.) for NPI\/TPI\/EOL\/ECO.\uf0a7 Coordination and implementation of ECO changes within SC in accordance to Customer specific requirements\uf0a7 Coordination transfers of new products in accordance to Customer specific requirements\uf0a7 Coordinating end-of-life process in accordance to Customer specific requirements (including minimizing obsolete, revaluation)\uf0a7 Coordinating verification of new MPN\/Supplier on production (First Article Inspection - FAI procedure)\uf0a7 Responsible\/Co-ordination of preparing material RFQ, as applicable, (Request for quotation for new Bill Of Material and for all new Engineering Change Order \/ECO), reviews and analyses new offers from suppliers\uf0a7 Responsible\/Co-ordination of preparing Costed Bill of Materials, as required, (CBOM) for Customer approval and system set up to release Purchase Orders\uf0a7 Controlling AMLs and maintaining T&C for new items (collecting and maintaining data, solving discrepancies with Customer, requests for deviations to Customer etc.)\uf0a7 Purchasing material status for prototypes\/pilots.\uf0a7 Managing changes in deliveries status according to agreed rescheduling rules with Customer and negotiating minimized impact for Flex excess\uf0a7 Solving all material discrepancies related to parts delivered for prototypes\/pilots with Customer\uf0a7 Should be able to read technical documentation (including 3D specifications)\uf0a7 Should have sufficient knowledge about preferred suppliers in relevant commodities.\uf0a7 NPI - New Product Introduction (Flex site is the receiving site and the product has not been manufactured elsewhere in volume yet)\uf0a7 TPI - Transfer Product Introduction (Flex Site is either the receiving or Transfer out site; and the product has been manufactured in Volume)\uf0a7 EOL - End of life \uf0a7 ECO - Engineering Change Order About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
