Sasol (USA) Corporation is expanding its existing Louisiana Chemical Operations with the development of a world-scale ethane cracker that will produce 1.5 million tons of ethylene and other downstream derivatives per year. Come be a part of our Growing Team!!!SCOPE:Supports procurement of minor raw materials for the Sasol North American Operations plant locations. Knowledge of the terms and conditions of 20 raw material contracts, ensures terms and conditions are met and any additional agreements are executed (i.e. forward buys, spot purchases, etc.). Implements spot purchases under the direction of raw material managers, ensuring available inventory for continual plant operation. Maintains SAP and other purchasing and pricing information and resources for SASOL financial reporting. Supports Supply Chain ISO quality system. Manages raw material ordering and inventory at SASOL plant locations. Works with finance to plan vendors payments in order to manage Sasol North American cash flow. Analyzes alternative raw material opportunities based on direction from the Hydrocarbon Purchaser. Collects and analyzes data utilized in metrics. Procurement of approximately 15 minor raw materials. Terms and conditions of over 20 raw material contracts. Purchasing & Pricing on resources of less than $200 MM\/year. Communicates, as needed with raw material managers, planning department, plant operations, and CSRs the requirements of each plant location. Communicates frequently with suppliers to maintain business relationships.
