As a Purchasing Call Center Representative, you will provide end-user support for our market based organizations and vendors via inbound, outbound calls and emails. You will support and facilitate accurate purchase orders to the vendor community through Lawson software and provide updates which have filtered back through various means of communication and technology. Impact: Why does this role matter? This role matters because you will have a direct impact on patient care and satisfaction by ensuring all hospital medical supply orders are processed correctly and timely. Providing timely and accurate supply orders for our hospitals keeps the facilities functioning optimally so that our clinical and direct patient care teams can provide the best patient care possible. You can make the biggest impact by meeting these requirements: Associate\u2019s Degree preferred, high school diploma required Two years\u2019 experience in healthcare environment Two years\u2019 experience in a call center\/customer service center Purchasing\/Procurement background preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Problem solving skills General knowledge of customer service processes and computer support tools Experience with large multi-level organizations and the ability to work effectively in geographically diverse environment Commitment to the mission and vision of Supply Chain and CHI overall Growth: Is growth provided?
