- 2 years of Administrative Assisting experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be comfortable working in a small working environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Available immediately!
- Right-hand assistant to the President of the company: scheduling travel arrangements, creating correspondence for internal and external customers, following up with vendors, etc.
- Light HR assisting- data entry, filing personnel paperwork
- Support the small office with clerical functions
