We have partnered with a growing and reputable company in the Kenosha, WI area. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to the President of a Wisconsin-based company. This opportunity offers a friendly work environment, a multitude of daily tasks, and assists with the HR Department!
- 2 years of Administrative Assisting experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be comfortable working in a small working environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Available immediately!
- Right-hand assistant to the President of the company: scheduling travel arrangements, creating correspondence for internal and external customers, following up with vendors, etc.
- Light HR assisting- data entry, filing personnel paperwork
- Support the small office with clerical functions
