Job DescriptionPurchasing and Receiving Clerk$15-$17 per hour Job Duties:-\tOrdering parts and equipment -\tReceiving serialized equipment and parts into inventory & set up in database-\tCorrect discrepancies on shipments-\tCode invoices for payables-\tMaking inventory adjustments-\tRun reports related to parts and equipment lines-\tTrack status of pick tickets and orders, including backorders-\tData management, including set up of new part numbers and equipment model numbers-\tAdministrative duties for the parts department-\tMaintain a bi-weekly schedule for parts stock orders-\tDocument shipping requirements and freight costs from suppliers-\tBack up of receptionist as needed-\tProvide recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services provided-\tAttend meetings as required-\tDevelop personal skills and capabilities through on-going training-\tHelp achieve business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives for parts dept.-\tIdentify problems and provide alternative courses of action-\tPerforms other work-related duties as assigned
