Primary responsibilities include: maintaining lease documents, PO creation/changes, invoice auditing, identifying overage fees for over-utilized equipment, securing updated lease quotes, and ordering equipment, along with other various administrative functions. This individual must also be able to collaborate with the various levels of management and interact in a professional manner with suppliers. The individual must maintain and improve the quality and service levels consistent with established standards, policies, and procedures.This person must have excellent interpersonal skills to represent to various suppliers and external resources, as well as throughout multiple internal functional departments at all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:Indirect Sourcing* Maintaining lease documents* Track equipment lease expirations* Support plant with on/off lease equipment ordering process* Conduct equipment utilization audits, and meet with plants to review* Track equipment orders with monthly lead time updates to plant management* Purchase order creation and updates* Research requests for unpaid invoices* Ensure suppliers are paid per contract terms* Scan vendor agreements* Place equipment orders with suppliers following budget approval* File paperwork as needed* Other administrative / tactical workSupervision Exercised:A. Required Qualifications:* Associates Degree or BS or BA in Purchasing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or other business related field.B.
